TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Quotations and Booking

  • Validity: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 70% is required to secure a booking and begin the design or material procurement process.

  • Balance: The remaining balance is due strictly upon completion of the installation, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Design and Proofing

  • Approval: For custom wallpapers and films, a digital proof will be provided. The Client is responsible for checking all dimensions, spelling, and design elements.

  • Sign-off: Once a proof is approved (via email or signature), PIXEL BLAZE is not liable for errors present in the approved design.

  • Color Variance: The Client acknowledges that colors on a backlit screen (RGB) may vary slightly from the actual printed output (CMYK) due to material texture and ink absorption.

3. Site Preparation and Surface Suitability

  • Client Responsibility: Surfaces (walls, furniture, glass) must be clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or silicone-based "easy-clean" paints.

  • Wall Condition: For wall slats and wallpaper, walls must be primed and cured. [Company Name] is not responsible for film failure or peeling due to poor substrate preparation by others or "out-gassing" from freshly painted walls (minimum 14-day cure time required).
