Orders may be canceled before production begins for a full refund.
If production has started, cancellations may not be possible, or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
If an order is placed by mistake, customers must notify us within 24 hours for cancellation eligibility.
2. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our printed products, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. Refunds or reprints will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Customer-submitted artwork errors (spelling mistakes, incorrect dimensions, low resolution, etc.).
Delays caused by customer approval delays or file submission issues.
Minor color variations.
Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
Rush orders where expedited shipping caused unforeseen delays.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 8 business days.
