Welcome to PIXELBLAZE. These Terms of Service ("TOS") outline the rules and regulations for the use of our large format printing services. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

PIXEL BLAZE specializes in large format printing, including but not limited to banners, posters, vehicle wraps, signage, and custom graphics. Our services are provided on an "as available" basis.

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 Order Placement

• Orders can be placed via our website, email, or in person.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted artwork and specifications.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates legal or ethical standards.

2.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins.

• Late payments may incur additional fees or delays in production.

3. Artwork & Print Quality

3.1 Artwork Submission

• Customers must submit artwork in [acceptable file formats: PDF, AI, PSD, TIFF, etc.].

• We are not responsible for errors due to low-resolution or incorrect file formats.

3.2 Proofing & Approval

• Color variations may occur due to differences in screen and print calibration.

4. Production & Turnaround Times

5. Shipping & Delivery

6.2 Returns & Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Customers must have legal rights or licenses to all artwork submitted for printing.

• We reserve the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization.

• PIXEL BLAZE is not responsible for legal disputes arising from copyright infringement.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect customer information solely for order processing and communication.

• Personal data is not shared or sold to third parties, except as required by law.

10. Amendments & Governing Law

• We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
